Some of today’s most elite performers are using mindfulness training to enhance their performance on the athletic field, in business, and at home. From elite athletes, to Navy Seals, to C.E.O’s, to everyday mom’s and dad’s
Ryan Dambach’s mental training has allowed me to remain focused and present not only on the baseball field, but in life as well. I would highly recommend his peak performance training to any athlete looking to gain an extra edge and raise their game to the next level!
“I first met Ryan 15 years ago. I had just retired from the NFL due to a knee injury, was overweight and in pain. I began utilizing Ryan’s mindfulness techniques and following his diet and exercise routines. Within the first month I lost 20 lbs., slept better, had increased mental clarity, saw drastic improvements in my mood, and significant reduction in my pain. I have since gone back to medical school and am now a Double Board Certified Interventional Pain Management Physician. I not only continue to practice Ryan’s techniques, but implement them on my patients as well.”
“I’ve had Ryan work with both my high school team and our organization with GBG. He taught our players to clear the mind before stepping into the batter’s box and to be completely present and calm. The ability to clear the mind is hard for so many. That is what Ryan teaches. This is taking the mental game to the next level. I promise it will help you, your athletes, or employees in every aspect of life.”
“Ryan Dambach is my go to mindset expert!!! His strategies keep me resilient to stress and engaged with the most important people in my life. I think everyone needs Ryan Dambach on their team to help stay the course in today’s chaotic and overwhelming world of distraction.”
I began working with Ryan Dambach in the fall of my sophomore year . Prior to that point I had primarily focused on the mechanics of baseball. Ryan began introducing me to the mental aspect of the game and provided the skills to improve my overall presence and mindset. Thanks to his coaching I went from being a an average hitter who had an ignorant mindset towards the mental aspect of the game, to a sound, mindful hitter who was a consistent asset to the team.
